Mr. Speaker. this morning I received the following telegram from my good friend. the hardworking United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. Mr. August R. Lindt: The Honorable FRANCIS E. WALTER. United States House of Representatives. Washington. D. C.: It is with great pleasure I am able to inform you that the last visas to Hungarian refugees in Yugoslavia have been issued. In addition to feeling a great sense of gratitude to all governments and organizations who have assisted in accomplishing this achievement. I want to express to you my personal gratitude for your interest and efforts in this behalf. The attainment of this goal would not have been possible without the valuable cooperation of the United States Government and yourself.
