The report follows: While on a European mission in November 1957. Congressman EMANUEL CELLER. Democrat. of New York. chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. visited West Germany. The Congressman investigated installations producing atomic energy for peaceful purposes. and studied problems of refugees and expellees from Iron Curtain countries.
