Speech #850146342

Mr. Speaker. I move to strike out the last word. Mr. Speaker. I am happy to note that the Government of the Netherlands has bestowed this accolade of honor upon our distinguished colleague the gentleman from Pennsylvania . In accordance with his philosophy of immigration. he has been most painstakingly cognizant of his duties as chairman of the Subcommittee on Immigration of the Judiciary Committee. He has responded with expertness. I frequently am in disagreement with him but never doubt his sincerity. I think the work that he has done with reference to the activities of the Intergovernmental Committee on European Migration is exemplary.
