Nassau County.Department of New York. do hereby request that the McCarranWalter Immigration and Nationality Act be preserved intact and does hereby oppose any and all further attempts now being made. or which may be made. to weaken. destroy or repeal said act either by direct weakening amendments to the act or by any other legislative procedures.
