Its a question of surveying what has been done by the other recipient countries. the other countries which are able to absorb refugees. which have the same disposition toward communism that we have. and I think it is something which. on balance. you have to study very carefully. and I wouldnt be able to give you an offthecuff answer as to the exact number of refugees I would consider to be fair.
