Calif.. of a subcommittee of the Committee on UnAmerican Activities. the House of Representatives. United States Congress. The board has reviewed a reporters transcript of that hearing and has heard a tape recording of the proceedings. The announced purpose of the hearing was to investigate opposition to the McCarranWalter Immigration Act. From the transcript and recording. the following facts appear: 1.
