Mr. President. a comment I made last month in an interchange with the distinguished junior Senator from Rhode Island . We all know that President Eisenhower has seen fit to use the parole provision of the McCarranWalter Immigration Act. section 212 (d) in permitting Hungarian refugees to come to this country without complete processing until arrival here. If this procedure was considered appropriate for the thousands of Hungarian refugeesand I for one believe that the emergency warranted such actionthen I cannot understand why the President has not seen fit to employ the same parole provisions for the few hundred refugees from Egyptian tyranny who are the core of the refugee problem in Egypt? I agree. of course. Mr.
