Mr. Speaker. in the Blytheville (Ark.) CourierIndex for January 15. 1957. appeared an article concerning the dedicated years of medical practice given by Dr. J. A. Saliba to the people of America. Dr. Saliba has a unique place in the hearts of the people of Mississippi- County. Ark. Coming as an immigrant boy of 14 from Syria. he worked his way through school in Memphis. Tenn.. before attending St. Louis Medical University and then the Atlanta School of Medicine. He took additional work in pharmacy at the Southern College of Pharmacy. at Alabama University. and the University of Tennessee. Equipped with medical knowledge and a desire to be of service to his fellow man.
