(Mr. HumPHREYS of Kentucky in the chair) laid before the Senate the amendments of the House of representatives to the bill for the relief of Juan Jose Moya Ramirez. which were after line 12. to insert: SEC. 2. For the purposes of sections 101 (a) (27) (A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. the minor child. George Nakamura. shall be held and considered to be the naturalborn alien child of Richard H. Johannes. a citizen of the United States: and. notwithstanding the provisions of section 212 (a) (6) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. George Nakamura may be issued a visa and admitted to the United States for permanent residence if he is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of such act. under such conditions and controls as the Attorney General. after consultation with the Surgeon General of the United States Public Health Service. Department of Health. Education. and Welfare. may deem necessary to impose: Provided.
