I introduce for appropriate reference an omnibus immigration and naturalization bill to replace the Immigration and Nationality Act. or socalled McCarranWalter Act. The bill has for its title "The Immigration and Citizenship Act of 1955. and a similar bill is being introduced simultaneously in the House of Representatives.
