DEAR SENATOR MORSE: We are writing this letter to ask your support of the extension of the Refugee Act of 1953. We have adopted a little KoreanAmerican boy. 14 months old. and we are anxiously waiting for him to be able to come to us. As we understand it. the quota has run out and he wont be able to come until this act is extended. Wont you please help us with your support of this bill? Very truly yours. Mr. and Mrs. R. B.
