I went to Hong Kong and conducted an investigation for 2 days. Mr. Chairman. I assure you that a thorough screening is being made of these people. It seems to me that we run the risk of offending our friends when we tell them what standards of security they must employ. particularly in view of the fact that they are now employing the same standards that have been employed under the Displaced Persons Act. the Refugee Relief Act. and under the basic Immigration and Nationality Code of the United States.
