The Brazilian Government uncovered a top Russian espionage agent who entered Brazil as a socalled White Russian. but who. in fact. had just previously been the Communist security officer in the Red Polish Embassy in Peking. China. When his true identity became known the Brazilian Government expelled him from the country and he is now one of the special problems for the Intergovernmental Committee on European Migration.
