This week the majority of the Court deprived our Commander in Chief of this important power to protect our national interest. Therefore. once again I am introducing remedial legislation in an effort to plug another hole in the defense bastions of America which has been created by another unrealistic and unhappy decision by six isolated members of our Supreme Court. A week ago I felt compelled to introduce legislation suggesting emergency action to shore up Americas defenses against the destructive action of the Court in making another split decision which deprived our country of the power to take effective action in depriving naturalized citizens of their citizenship in cases where they had obtained that citizenship fraudulently. That decision was bad enough in the light of current world conditions. but bad as it was the decision this week I.. a thousand times worse in terms of safeguarding our national security and with relation to our fight for freedom in this era of aggressive. godless communism. I salute Justices Clark.
