Let the world pass deserving judgment on those who are guilty of the blackest crime of our times. We express our gratitude to those who strive to effect changes in the present immigration and naturalization laws which should but now do not perpetuate our past traditions and ideals. We warmly thank the Members of the United States Senate and the House of Representatives who paid tribute to Poland on her national holiday.
