Recently Premier BenGurion of Israel has offered to meet Premier Nasser of Egypt at any time and in any place. including Cairo itself. to discuss a settlement of the problems between the two countries and achieve peaceful relations between them. BenGurion is willing to discuss the question of borders. Arab refugees. and other political. economic. and military matters. The desire of Israel for settlement and peace is clear and unequivocal.
