That. for the purposes of sections 101 (a) (27) (A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. the six minor Korean war orphans to be adopted by Harry Holt and Bertha Holt shall be deemed to be the naturalborn alien children of the said Harry Holt and Bertha Holt. citizens of the United States.
