Mr. Speaker. on Sunday. June 12. the Baltic Committee of Washington. D. C.. held a mass meeting commemorating the 14th anniversary of the forced deportation of over 50.000 Estonians. Latvians. and Lithuanians by the Russian Communists. June 14. 1941. will stand as one of the blackest marks on the long list of crimes against humanity by the Russian Communists. Because of the significance. of this affair and the need for those of us who enjoy the blessings of individual liberty to be reminded that tyranny is on the march. under leave granted. I insert my address of June 12 before the Baltic Committee of Washington.
