Inc.. and the text of a letter addressed to President Eisenhower by the above organization in connection with the Presidents 1952 campaign pledge to revise the McCarranWalter Immigration Act. The Columbia Association. as it is known popularly. is an organization of more than 50.000 American citizens of Italian descent who are Federal. State. or municipal civil service employees. They are an intensely loyal and patriotic group whose activities are centered in the State of New York. At this point.
