Poland became the first country to create a national educational system. Hugo Kollataj went further than that. Realizing that education was being suppressed in Poland under the occupational powers. he suggested the establighment of a Polish national home in Rome where Polish refugees would receive their education and knowledge. in order to return one day to their own country and unfold it to the people. Today with one of the most brutal occupants in Poland. where history is being twisted to the whims of the Kremlin. and where the young generation has been indoctrinated to the point where they stopped trusting their parents. there still is a remedy. let us take an example from Hugo Kollataj. and Ignacy Potocki. the two who were the spirit of the May 3 constitution. let us help the many refugees scattered all over the globe. not only to survive. but to get the proper education. which is so necessary once they return to their own land and homes. and return they will.
