Today a rigid censorship conceals from the World the continuing deportations under the guise of volunteer work elsewhere. collectivization. the slave labor camps. the russification and colonization by Russian elements. the systematic efforts of the Soviet occupational regime to merge Lithuania organically into the Soviet system. the extermination of the hostile native antiSoviet element by killings of the resistant groups. In this great struggle for independence. Lithuania has not given up.
