I ask unanimous consent to have incorporated at this point in the RECORD the address entitled "Germany and the Future of Europe." delivered by me on that occasion. I also ask unanimous consent to have incorporated at this point in the RECORD the address entitled "The Asiatic Question and Its Relation to Europe." which was delivered by General Donovan on that occasion. I suggest to the Senate that it read very carefully General Donovans remarks. because in them there is much to think about.
