Dr. Cyrus Adler. who was president of Dropsie College and also of the Jewish Theological Seminary of America. He was also a member of President Franklin D. Roosevelts Committee for the Relief of Refugees From Nazi Persecution in Europe. which committee included leaders of the three major religious faiths in our country.
