Mr. President. I should like to call attention to the fact that we have as our guests in the gallery today some very important visitors. They are Mr. and Mrs. Geza Kapus and their 8yearold daughter. Eva. They are the first escapees from the Iron Curtain who have received visas under the Refugee Relief Act. Mr. and Mrs. Kapus. who escaped from Communist Hungary under incredible difflculties. are now on their way to Midland. Tex.. where they will begin life anew. The heart of Texas will surround these fine people. and I know America will be better for their presence in our country.
