Szc. 3. Acts prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person. including any corporation. association. or other organization. knowing or having reasonable grounds to believe that an alien entered the United States within 3 years prior thereto without having been duly admitted to the United States by an immigration officer under the terms of the Immigration and Nationality Act or any other law relating to the immigration. exclusion or expulsion of aliens. either directly or indirectly. to employ or offer to employ or continue to employ any such alien or aliens. or to pay or cause to be paid to any such alien or aliens within his employ any money or thing of value for services rendered.
