Mr. President when the calendar was called on April 19. H. R. 3876. a private immigration bill for the relief of Martha Schnauffer passed the Senate with amendments to the title and text of the bill. An examination of the engrossed copy of the amendment to the text discloses that it reads "Martha Schnauffer." It should read "Martha Schnauffer Shockley." I ask unanimous consent for the reconsideration of the votes by which the committee amendment was agreed to and was ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. and the bill ordered to be read the third time and passed.
