An examination of the engrossed copy of the amendment to the text discloses that it reads "Martha Schnauffer." It should read "Martha Schnauffer Shockley." I ask unanimous consent for the reconsideration of the votes by which the committee amendment was agreed to and was ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. and the bill ordered to be read the third time and passed.
