I am surprised the gentleman from New York would even use it in his talk. because it is so utterly ridiculous. I am also surprised at the gentleman from Pennsylvania. I usually think he does a marvelous job on immigration affairs. But this bill merely makes it legal so the Department of Labor can continue to operate as it has been doing in the last several years in the legal process of handling these Mexicans rather than the illegal method of letting them come across and get work without being properly processed. which in turn might promote the entry of Communists and some of the other ill things it has been suggested might happen.
