The bill for the relief of Paolo Danesi was considered. ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. read the third time. and passed. as follows: Be it enacted. etc.. That. for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Paolo Danesi shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this act. upon payment of the required visa fee. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this act. the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quotacontrol officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available. The bill for the relief of Pier Luigi Borghesi Stewart was considered. ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. read the third time. and passed. as follows: Be it enacted. etc.. That. for the purposes of sections 101 (a) (27) (A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. the minor child. Pier Luigi Borghesi Stewart. shall be held and considered to be the naturalborn alien child of Clarence Eugene and Fannie Jordon Stewart. citizens of the United States.
