The bill already contains provision for 1.000 Korean orphans to be brought to this country and taken care .of at Boys Town near Omaha. Nebr.. in line with the bill introduced by the gentleman from Pennsylvania . I do not want anybody here or in Korea to think that the lack of special provision for them by name in this bill means any lack of concern for them in their hour of disappointment and anxiety over their countrys future. While this bill provides special visas for certain Chinese and Japanese and does not include a similar provision for the Koreans because the situations are different. Korean orphans are in the bill. I wanted that to be understood.
