In the past few weeks the people of this Nation have become very much perturbed and uneasy over persistent disquieting rumors that we are about to further divide the markets of this Nation with the sweatshop labor European and Asiatic countriesand to embark on a great financial outlaya plan to further assess our taxpayers to stabilize foreign currencies at their often times fictitious values. through a great new financial structure. or new appropriations to the World Bank. or the ExportImport Bank. of $5 billion or $10 billion per year. Mr. President. there are two welldefined approaches to destroy this Nation.
