I draw particular attention to Mr. Sevareids warning that the McCarran Immigration Act is responsible for a "growing antiAmericanism among Norwegians who have always regarded America as their second home." I commend the reading of Mr. Sevareids broadcast to every Member of the Senate. Particularly do I commend it to the members of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations and the officials of our Government in the State Department. Mr. Sevareids broadcast is consistent with a news story written for the Oslo Daily Arbeiderbladet by its Washington correspondent. Mr. Anders Buraas. This newspaper is the third largest in Norway.
