Inc.. addressed an inquiry to me concerning the treatment being accorded sick or injured seamen under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Following that. I addressed a letter of inquiry to Mr. Argyle R. Mackey. Commissioner of the Immigration and Naturalization Service. asking for clarification of the points raised in the letter from Mr. Fournarakis. I now ask unanimous consent to have printed in the RECORD a letter dated March 2. 1953. from the Commissioner of the Immigration and Naturalization Service. in which he responds to the aforementioned inquiry.
