He has decided that the farmers must keep records. which are a complete biographical sketch of every child that works on the farm. Of course. the farmer does not have enough to do now trying to fill out forms for all the other departments of the Government. he must now set aside time to write a biography about every child that pulls a boll. cuts a head of lettuce or picks a peach on his farm.
