As there has been a great deal of confusion and misunderstanding. statements and counterstatements. concerning the position of Catholic groups on this bill. I should now like to insert into the RECORD. and ask unanimous consent that it be printed at this point in my remarks. an editorial from the current issue of America. one of the most widely read Catholic publications in America. This editorial throws some light on the confusion which has arisen.
