The many experts who work for the Senate Judiciary Committee found time to write a 51page report on this bill. They found time to give three long paragraphs to this one section. In all those explanations they did not even once mention this limitation on the right of the nativeborn citizen to get a hearing in court. They had plenty of notice that It was a change in the law. The American Bar Association. the Association of Immigration and Nationality Lawyers. and the Nationality Council on Naturalization and Citizenship. all opposed this new section 360.
