What wears me down day after day in my office are the appeals which come from families which are broken because our immigration law is so rigid. The aged aunt. or the niece of a Greek family which is successfully engaged in business in the United States and which has eagerly assumed American citizenship. cannot enter our borders because of the quota limitation. Applications are piling high.
