Unused quota numbers are being forfeited at the rate of over 70.000 per year. This is particularly tragic to Italy. Greece. and Germany where an adjustment of the population situation would help solve the economic problems upon which communism feeds. Think how wonderful it would be if we opened our doors to a few thousand more people of German extraction. I have been in Germany. and I know that the problem of the expellee or refugee is one of the most serious political and economic problems in Germany. I can testify that there are no finer citizens in the world today than people from Germany. They have proved themselves in this country.
