We have heard a lot about the reverses which the United States has taken in the Far East in foreign policy. and we have taken serious reverses there. but let us not forget that we are asking Asiatic peoples to adopt democracy. We are asking them to learn the freedom that democracy means. this billion people in the Far East who have yellow skins. and the 140.000.000 people in Africa who have black skins.
