I did not have that particular knowledge. But if the record indicates that the administration is not proper. that does not go to the question of our having a proper displacedpersons act. and does not go to the question of settling the peace of the world. Naturally I am just as strongly in favor as anyone can be of keeping out persons who would attempt to come in by fraud. or attempt to deceive the immigration officials. I want proper administration. I think proper administration can be had. and I think we can get a bill providing for proper administration.
