The first such hearing will be public but some of the hearings will be in executive session. Persons desiring to be heard should notify the clerk of the Senate Committee on the Judiciary immediately so that a schedule can be prepared for those who wish to testify. The subcommittee consists of the Senator from Nevada . chairman. the Senator from Mississippi . the Senator from Rhode Island . the Senator from North Dakota . and the Senator from Missouri .
