Mr. President. there can be little doubt that those who would destroy our institutions come to America on visas. but that is no reason why we should stop all immigration. The fault lies. not with those who come here to make the United States their home because they choose to live in the United States. and are no longer satisfied with life in other nations and under other governments. but with those who come here only temporarily. later to return to other countries. and who are here for the purpose of trying to destroy America. It is those about whom we should speak.
