Mr. President. if we have a trusteeship. what will be the significance of it? Will it assure that the Jews shall have the right of immigration into Palestine. as they are supposed to have enjoyed that right since the Balfour Declaration and since our early commitments in 1920? Does it mean that the Jewish people will have an opportunity to become a majority in the territory occupied by the Jews? Does it mean that this aggregation of people will have the right to call themselves a state. and to act as a state in the sisterhood of states of the world?
