Lum Shee Jung. who was admitted into the United States on March 4. 1940. for a temporary stay. and who is the mother of two children. citizens of the United States. shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence. Szc. 2. The Attorney General is authorized and directed to cancel any warrants of arrest or orders of deportation which may have been issued with respect to the said Mrs. Lum Shea Jung. Upon the enactment of this act the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota officer to deduct one number from the first available Chinese quota.
