It occurred to me that if I could ask the distinguished Senator a few questions. which will appear in the RECORD. and make plain what is- the scope of the investigation. It would probably cover the situation. and we could go ahead and adopt the resolution without complications arising. So. if the Senator will answer the questionsI have prepared. as briefly as possible. I will appreciate it. Does the scope of the investigation which is contemplated include the following: First. Our American foreign policy abroad. including our relations to the United Nations Organization and the cooperation with the International Refugee Organization on the displacedpersons question.
