Because of the critical character of the situation that exists out there. the Congress will make these funds available and get these projects started. Now. there is one thing in this bill in which I think you will be interested. Nothing was said about it. and that is why I have requested this time. The people of the United States and the Congress of the United States have been belabored from one end of the country to the other for the passage of the Stratton bill which would permit immigration into this country of 100.000 immigrants each year for the succeeding 4 years. Personally. I am one who is in sympathy with the objectives of that bill.
