An analysis of speculative operations for the months of January. February. and March will disclose that hundreds of millions of dollars in profits were made by speculators in grains and cotton. American citizens were not the only speculators in the futures market for cotton. grains. and other commodities. My investigation discloses that certain wealthy refugees. who are enjoying the bounty and hospitality of the United States. and who are not required to pay Income taxes on speculative gains. were amongst the leading speculators in the recent bull market in grains. The nationality of some of the foreign speculators are listed as follows: Greek. Chinese.
