House Joint Resolution 153 would authorize $350.000.000 to assist in completing the great task of providing relief from the ravages of war to the people of the liberated countries. Still another measure. Senate Joint Resolution 77. would provide for membership in the International Refugee Organization at a cost of $75.000.000. Add the $400.000.000 tothe $350.000.000 to the $75.000.000. and we have $825.000.000 which the Congress has not yet agreed to subscribe. If it is right to assume that these measures will pass. where do we go from the date of passage?
