We also must deal with the International Refugee Organization. and I understand the administration is asking for action on the Greek and Turkish loan proposals. So we will have great difficulty in completing that program before the 1st of April. I hope we may have the cooperation of all Senators so that the measures which will come before the Senate may be handled and.disposed of as quickly as possible.
