I refer to Mr. Gerhart Eislers relationship to the secrets of the atom bomb. That is the big reason we do not want him deported. You will find this evidence clearly set forth on pages 41 and 42 of our hearings. which are obtainable in the offices of the House Committee on UnAmerican Activities. That is one additional reason we want him cited for contempt and brought before a judge who we hope is American enough to do something about it. including putting this man behind iron bars. not merely fining him $25 or $250 or maybe 25 cents if a Red New Deal judge should hold court in this case.
