His plea has now been unanimously endorsed by the AngloAmerican Committee of Inquiry. but I see that the British are bent on thwarting the Presidents humanitarian design. They negotiate with our experts about details hoping thereby to stall. but they clearly have not the faintest intention of acting on the report of the Commission of Inquiry.
